The Artist of the Month is Serena!

Serena says:

My name is Serena and this year I'm going to be a senior at Plano West. 

Dawn taught my first art class at the age of 4 or 5 and I've been taking classes from her ever since.

Throughout the years I've been involved in many other activities, but art is the only one that has kept me captivated since a young age.  Although they are time consuming, I've found a love for oil paintings and I'm currently working on my 4th one. 

Next year when I go to college, I'm not sure what I want to major in, but I know that no matter what art will always be a big part of my life
